I'm sure you could! Unfortunately, because of the pandemic it can be harder to borrow books from your local library, but there are some alternative options.
You could purchase the book from Book Depository, Amazon or another book retailer.
You could download an eBook from your local library and read it on a kindle or other device.
You could borrow the book from a friend.
Some libraries offer book pickup - you order a book online, then pick it up at your local library.
I'm sure there's other options too, but these are the first options that come to mind.
