Morrigan Crow and her best friend Hawthorne Swift are now members of unit 919 in the Wundrous Society. Morrigan has now learned that she is a Wundersmith, just like Nevermoor’s feared enemy Ezra Squall. She has the power to control Wunder a mysterious energy force that gathers to the free state. The trials for Morrigan may seem to be over, but just like Jupiter North her patron had said “The Wundrous Society is always expecting the best from you, the show trial may be over, but they will trial you till your death. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.”
I have recently discovered this series; I love the new take on magic. This author is a great writer and I hope she continues to write the Nevermoor series.
